Autumn 2026 ~ date TBC
You are warmly invited to take part in this relaxing yoga holiday on the South East side of the island of Paros in Greece. This promises to be a restful, nurturing and restorative holiday, right on the edge of New Golden Beach.
Each gentle yoga session on this holiday will be accessible for all, combining asana (postures), flowing exercises, and meditation, with the breath. The sessions will include postures and exercises that can be modified for each individual, depending on ability and familiarity with yoga. The yoga sessions will usually be a mix of gentle dynamic exercises, longer-held postures, and deep relaxation. Joy’s teaching style is informed by therapeutic yoga and spiritual practices.
Numbers are limited, so early booking recommended to join this week of sunshine, relaxation and yoga!

Food
The meals are typically Greek and everything is made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, inducing their olive oil. The hotel offers standard, vegetarian or vegan options and are happy to cater for diary-free and gluten-free diets with notice. Drinks are available from the well stocked bar.
Activities
The beach is across the road from the hotel with stunning views across the straits to Naxos. Swimming is possible up and down the coastline and you can hire windsurfing gear if you want to try your hand at that. There are also lovely walks for miles in each direction.
We will be exploring the local area, while leaving ample time for relaxation and rest, eating, swimming in the pool and general free time. There will be optional excursions to picturesque villages and harbour towns and an opportunity to experience some authentic Greek music and dancing.
