PAYMENT

 

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your place and balance payments are due 60 days before the holiday/retreat begins. Anyone booking within 60 days of the start date will need to pay in full.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

61+ days from the holiday/retreat start date: Loss of the £200 non-refundable deposit only.

0 - 60 days from the holiday/retreat start date: Any money paid at this stage is non-refundable.

 

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your booking to somebody else up to 14 days before departure, subject to a £50 administration fee.

I hope you understand why I’m unable to offer full refunds. When cancellations happen, especially at short notice, it has a real impact on me. A lot of time, care, and energy has already gone into organising the holiday, venue costs still need to be met and it’s often not possible to fill your place.

 

If I need to cancel the holiday/retreat (this would only happen under exceptional circumstances) I will notify you as soon as possible and will refund you any money you have paid. I cannot be held liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, hotels or exchange rate losses.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

Life is unpredictable, so the purchase of appropriate travel insurance for the full duration of the holiday/retreat, including travel from your home is a requirement. Please make sure you purchase the insurance as soon as you have booked your place, to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur in the lead up to the holiday/retreat that prevents you from attending.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

I, or my assistant, may occasionally take photos and videos during the holiday/retreat and unless agreed otherwise, by attending you consent to being photographed/filmed and these images and recordings may be used by me for promotional purposes.
