PAYMENT

 

A £200 deposit is required upon booking to secure your place and balance payments are due 60 days before the holiday/retreat begins. Anyone booking within 60 days of the start date will need to pay in full.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

91+ days from the holiday/retreat start date: Any money paid will be refunded, minus a £50 admin fee.

61 - 90 days from the holiday/retreat start date: There is no refund for the £200 deposit at this stage, or the equivalent amount for those who have paid in full when booking.

0-60 days from the holiday/retreat start date: Any money paid at this stage is non-refundable.

 

Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. I will do my best to re-sell your place, in which case, I will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus a £50 admin fee.

 

If I need to cancel the holiday/retreat (this would only happen under exceptional circumstances) I will notify you as soon as possible and will refund you any money you have paid. I cannot be held liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, hotels or exchange rate losses.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

Life is unpredictable, so the purchase of appropriate travel insurance for the full duration of the holiday/retreat, including travel from your home is a requirement. Please make sure you purchase the insurance as soon as you have booked your place, to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur in the lead up to the holiday/retreat.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

I, or my assistant, may occasionally take photos and videos during the holiday/retreat and unless agreed otherwise, by attending you consent to being photographed/filmed and these images and recordings may be used by me for promotional purposes.
