YOGA THERAPY & LIFE COACHING

I offer a unique blend of Yoga Therapy and Transformational Life Coaching to support you as a whole person: body, mind, heart and life. Sessions are flexible and responsive, allowing us to focus on whatever feels most relevant for you at the time. One session may centre on physical symptoms, stress or nervous system regulation, while another may explore emotional wellbeing, life direction, work, business or a deeper sense of purpose. The approach, and the price, remain the same, so there is no need to choose or commit to one path over another.

Yoga Therapy is the application of specific yoga practices to improve physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. I am an experienced yoga teacher and a compassionate yoga therapist, and each session is tailored specifically to the individual. Through gentle assessment, I draw on a range of yoga practices and modalities, which may include movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, visualisation and nervous system support. Everything is adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

Transformational Life Coaching offers a supportive and grounded space to explore your life more broadly. This may include work and career, business direction, life transitions, relationships, values, boundaries, or questions of meaning and purpose. My coaching style is intuitive, trauma-aware and deeply compassionate, supporting you to gain clarity, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Rather than separating the physical from the emotional, or the practical from the personal, sessions naturally weave these strands together. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are, trusting that the work will evolve with you over time. Together, we create a steady and nurturing space for insight, healing and meaningful change, at your pace and on your terms.
