About the Course
Reconnect With Joy is a guided, eight week online journey that blends gentle coaching with embodied practices designed to support real, lasting inner change. Inspired by the chakra system but grounded in everyday life, the course moves through different layers of your inner world in a way that feels spacious, supportive and deeply human.

Throughout the journey, you will be guided through a carefully woven combination of yoga, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra and reflective coaching practices. Each element has been chosen not to overwhelm you, but to help you reconnect with your body, your intuition and your sense of meaning in a steady and nourishing way.

Rather than pushing you towards an external idea of success or self improvement, this course creates space for you to listen inward again. It is about rediscovering your own rhythm, your own voice and your own definition of a joyful life.
The pace is intentionally gentle, allowing time for insights to unfold naturally and for real integration to take place. This is why there is lifetime access to this programme, so you can revisit the content whenever you wish.

Who It Is For
This journey is especially suited to open, intuitive women who feel ready for something to shift, even if they are not entirely sure what that shift looks like yet. What the Journey Will Be Like
The course unfolds over eight weeks and includes eight core modules, with a gentle, spacious rhythm designed to support real integration rather than overwhelm. We meet live once per module, creating a steady pace that allows you to reflect, practise and embody what you are discovering as the journey unfolds.
We begin by focusing on grounding and safety, gently establishing a sense of stability and support as you step into the journey.
From there, the work gradually opens into creativity and emotional flow, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been quiet or overlooked.
As the course deepens, we explore self worth and personal power, looking at themes such as boundaries, confidence and your relationship with taking up space in the world.
This naturally leads into heart centred work, where compassion, emotional healing and meaningful connection are invited to unfold.
In the later stages, attention turns towards authentic expression and inner truth, supporting you to find your voice and feel more at ease being fully yourself.
From there, we move into intuition and inner guidance, helping you rebuild trust in your own knowing and wisdom.
The final part of the journey explores vision and purpose in a grounded and spacious way, allowing you to reconnect with what gives your life meaning without pressure or urgency.
The course closes with a gentle integration process that helps you carry everything forward into daily life, supported by clarity, intention and a renewed sense of alignment.
Throughout each module, you will receive a complete set of supportive practices including yoga, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra and reflective exercises, along with live group calls and access to a warm, supportive community. You will also have lifetime access to the materials, allowing you to revisit the journey whenever you feel called to return.
